Pricing questions.
What does the startup fee cover?
Monthly plans start with a one-time $50 startup fee. It covers getting your approved mockup built out, launched and connected to your domain. After that you pay only your monthly price. The full build cost is included in the plan, so you never pay it all up front.
What counts as an "update"?
Changes to text, images and pages on your site. Each plan includes a number of hours a month. If you need more, we quote the work first and bill it only after you approve.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up whenever you like, and move down after your minimum term.
Can I just buy the website without a monthly plan?
Yes. Pay the one-time price, and we build your site and hand over the finished files with a setup guide and 30 days of free fixes. You host it yourself, so hosting, domain management, updates and backups are not included.
How do I pay?
You pay online by card when you start. Monthly plans then renew each month, and one-time purchases are a single payment.
Who owns my website?
You do. Once your startup fee or website purchase is paid, the final design and content are yours, and your domain is registered in your name. If you ever leave, we hand over your files and domain.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice after the minimum.
